WHEN WILL MY GLASSES ARRIVE?
Each pair of glasses is made up for your individual prescription. Once we have reviewed your prescription and have all the details we need, we can process your order. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most orders (prescription and non-prescription) will take 10-15 business days to process. Once your glasses have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking information from CanadaPost.
We offer free shipping across Canada for orders over $30. Shipping to the United States is subject to a $10 fee and longer arrival times.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We are happy to accept returns for full-price optical and sunglass products at any time in the first 30 days. All you need to do is drop into the store where you purchased them, or email hello@baileynelson.com if you purchased online. US orders are not subject to prepaid return shipping labels***.
Please note that all sale items are final. No refund or exchange applies for change of mind (including - but not limited to - colour, size, and/or style changes). In case of a return for multi-pair offers, the promotion or lesser of the two will be refunded.
Standard manufacturing warranties for product faults apply to all products. Please contact hello@baileynelson.com with any queries.
Bailey Nelson reserves the right to refuse free shipping and/or returns to certain customers who abuse the free returns and refunds policy. Customers concerned will be warned before the shipment of their most recent purchase.

** U.S. orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the United States customs department upon arrival. When ordering from baileynelson.com the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the United States.
